A special prosecutor has found that Joe Biden violated the law by willfully retaining, improperly handling and even disclosing  classified information. But not to worry: He is mentally too diminished to be held accountable for doing so.
Former U.S. Attorney Robert Hur contends that Biden would beat the rap with a federal jury because his cognitive abilities are so degraded that some jurors may have reasonable doubt, believing he just forgot about classified information left in his antique Corvette and an office he shared with Chinese intelligence officers. 
If so, Joe clearly is too impaired to be president of the United States. 
As it happens, intrepid undercover investigator James O’Keefe documented recently that Biden’s dementia is an open secret inside his White House. Now that it’s officially confirmed, the risk he poses to the nation can no longer be tolerated.

With the benefit of hindsight, experts debate whether we had foreknowledge about the deadly Pearl Harbor and 9/11 attacks on our homeland. There can be no such dispute about those being readied by the Chinese Communist Party.
For example, FBI Director Chris Wray warned last week that the CCP is planning to “wreak havoc” here with cyberwarfare. The same day, the Justice Department announced it had just thwarted such an attack. And a new multinational report says Chinese government hackers have been “hiding” inside our critical infrastructure for five years. 
Last month, ten former senior FBI executives wrote that Chinese and other military age men invading our border threaten catastrophe.

The folks who lost Afghanistan are working to do the same to Israel – with even more dire consequences. 
In this case, Team Biden is actively putting the survival of the Jewish State at risk while enriching and emboldening her mortal enemies – and ours: namely, the Sharia-supremacist Iranian regime, its myriad terrorist proxies and their ultimate sponsor, Communist China.
My colleague, Caroline Glick, has brilliantly exposed the extent of this wrecking operation in a column at JNS.org. She describes eleven different ways in which the American people’s support for Israel is being betrayed by Biden and Company, including by Washington’s efforts to topple the elected government of Benjamin Netanyahu. So much for Biden’s purported commitment to “democracy.”
Congress must reject Afghanistan 2.0 and approve without further delay the weapons Israel urgently requires to win the war she is waging for us, as well.

The train wreck that passes for Republican leadership in the U.S. Senate has reached the point where even Minority Leader Mitch McConnel is expected to vote against the so-called "immigration reform" bill he has directed Oklahoma Sen. James Lankford to negotiate with Democratic counterparts. 
That's because this legislation is being vehemently rejected by everyone who wants the Biden administration's disastrous destruction of our southern border reversed. Instead, it would legitimize and compound that policy, for example, by allowing in a further 5,000 illegal aliens every day. 
The expected repudiation of these poisonous fruits of McConnell's leadership by both House Republicans and his own caucus should bring down this aging and increasingly infirm exemplar of the "controlled opposition." The GOP stands to win back its Senate majority this fall – but only if it offers a real and appealing alternative to Team Biden's malfeasance.

Last Wednesday, FBI Director Christopher Wray warned Congress that the Chinese Communist Party plans to use cyber attacks to “wreak havoc” on America’s critical infrastructure. That same day, the Justice Department announced just such a Chinese attack had been thwarted. 
Frankly, Wray’s warning sounds more like butt-covering than the needed truth-telling and call-to-action concerning the “People’s War” against us that the CCP declared in 2019. 
Indeed, Wray seems unconcerned about such threats as: the thousands of Chinese military personnel coming across our borders; the multiple biolabs the CCP’s likely operating here; or the 400 high-voltage transformers made in China now literally inside the wire of our electric grid.

An important new study exposes Team Biden’s reckless disregard for reality in the existential war being waged by Sharia-supremacists against our ally, Israel – and, ultimately, against us and the rest of Judeo-Christian civilization. 
It cites, for example, a claim by the faction Biden insists can be relied upon to run post-war Gaza and a new Palestinian state, that last year, “More than 1,500 military operations against the Israeli occupation were led by the Fatah Movement members and the [Palestinian Authorities’] Security Forces.”
When the President sanctioned four Israeli West-Bank “settlers” yesterday for violence against Palestinians and their supporters, however, he made no mention of such “operations” by the very PA paramilitaries the U.S. is training and arming. By so doing, he is inviting more of those jihadist attacks – and very possibly an October 7th-style massacre in Judea and Samaria.
