To cook a frog in a pot of water, increase the temperature slowly. That appears to be Chinese Communist dictator Xi Jinping’ recipe as he inexorably ratchets up the temperature in his new Cold War in the Pacific. 
Xi is pursuing a 21st Century version of General MacArthur’s successful “island-hopping” campaign in World War II. Only where the U.S military was then liberating places like Guadalcanal in the Solomons, the Chinese are seeking to enslave them.
The frog-boiling intensified when the Solomons’ prime minister unilaterally agreed to the stationing of Chinese “police” in his country. Other examples include the CCP’s: aggressive confrontations with the Philippine coast guard; threats against Japanese territory; and intensifying intrusions into Taiwan’s air and sea space. 
As President Biden heads to the region next month, we must push back – while there’s still an opportunity to deter far worse.

Kudos to Speaker Kevin McCarthy and his House Republican caucus for insisting this week that, in exchange for authorizing the federal government to borrow still more money, steep cuts must be made in its expenditures. 
Unsurprisingly, those who binge-spend irresponsibly and “pay” for it by simply printing more money want no part of such budgetary discipline. President Biden and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer insist that the House debt ceiling bill is unacceptable. 
That’s a formula for national disaster. Their approach amounts to charging trillions more on America’s overextended credit card. 
The Chinese Communist Party and its friends are already making real progress on toppling the dollar as the world’s reserve currency – which would have extremely dire consequences for all of us. Every effort must be made to prevent that calamity, including by standing with the House Republicans on the debt ceiling.

The long-suffering people of Sudan have lately been subjected to yet another round of barbaric oppression at the hands of Sharia-supremacist generals. This has gone on for decades with the exception of a recent, brief interlude when such officers promised a transition to civilian rule. 
The latest violence has been precipitated by a conflict between what amount to rival uniformed Mafia dons over who will next misrule the country. 
Mostly unnoted, however, is the enabler of the Sudanese jihadists – namely, the Chinese Communist Party. It has long worked with them to exploit Sudan’s vast oil deposits and otherwise supported those in Khartoum who – despite their profession of solidarity with fellow Muslims – are willing to work with Chinese deeply contemptuous of the people of Sudan and genocidally persecuting Uighur co-religionists in China. 
We must hold accountable the CCP and its friends.

Since Communism’s inception, one-world government has been a weapon in its adherents’ playbook for taking down America and the Free World and establishing their absolute control. From Karl Marx’s day to this, enemies of freedom have never been closer to achieving that audacious – and terrifying – goal.
A secret to getting so near to the outcome that has to-date eluded successive tyrants is that the Chinese Communist Party and its vassals, proxies and puppets are not using force, yet. Rather, they are pursuing so-called “global governance” via purportedly “international organizations” that, in fact, work for Beijing.
For example, we see the CCP-controlled World Health Organization and the United Nations seeking the power to dictate to us respectively “public health emergencies” and “complex global shocks” – and what we must do in response.

America’s bid to return human beings to the moon was just set back by the catastrophic loss during launch of the spacecraft Elon Musk’s SpaceX built for the purpose. Worse yet, it appears increasingly possible that, by the time we’re ready to go back there, the Chinese Communist Party will have declared the place off limits – and be able to enforce it.
The Chinese Communists recently announced they are planning moon missions that will attempt to turn lunar dirt into bricks with which structures can be efficiently and inexpensively built. Inevitably, those will include fortifications.
Chinese panoramic mapping of Mars and growing capabilities to neutralize others’ satellites offer further indications of the scope of what is, at best, Beijing’s inherently “dual-use” space program. At worst, it is a fully militarized one with some civilian applications.

The Food and Drug Administration announced last week that, in the interest of “simplifying” the “vaccination schedule for most individuals,” the original monovalent Pfizer and Moderna COVID jabs are “no longer authorized for use in the United States.”
Even though the FDA doesn’t acknowledge that these so-called “vaccines” don’t work and have actually proven to be harmful, it’s hard to read this statement as anything but a tacit admission that the emergency – and mandatory – use of those experimental “gene therapies” was a mistake. Undeterred, the agency is now calling for bivalent mRNA vaccinations, instead.
