As Democrats prepare to hold their coronation of the Harris-Walz ticket next week, the official/media gaslighting that for four years brought us the “Joe is fit to be President” deception and is now assiduously enforcing the “Kamala is fit to be President” deception will be prodigious.
 
For example, watch how they treat the mortal threat posed by the Chinese Communist Party. Both candidates have deeply problematic ties to the CCP, as does the President they undemocratically dumped from the ticket.
 
And on the Biden-Harris administration’s watch that threat has markedly grown and overwhelmingly been appeased, rather than resisted. The rest of the world, including our allies, have noticed – and are reacting. For example, Thailand, the most important one in Southeast Asia, is conducting military exercises next week with the People’s Liberation Army.
 
The CCP is our enemy. Is it voting Democrat this year?

Yesterday, the World Health Organization’s Director General declared monkey pox to be a global public health emergency. Unfortunately, Tedros Ghebreysus – a Maoist picked for the job by the Chinese Communist Party, who helped impose the totalitarian “China Model” response to COVID-19 – was recently, sneakily given new powers to do worse now. 
 
They were conferred in what amounts to a new treaty that requires us to give an official the power to align our laws with Tedros’ orders. Among those will be requirements to censor information that doesn’t conform to the WHO’s narratives and prescriptions. 
 
Think that can’t happen? Think again. One thousand people in Britain have recently been arrested for online posts disapproved by her new leftist government. And that’s before the health emergency was declared.
 
Insist the Senate consider and reject the ominous new WHO treaty at SovereigntyCoalition.org.

It’s a bad time to have unelected and unaccountable officials running our country. Unconfirmed reports suggest that they are making one or more dangerous concessions to postpone until after November’s election Iran’s promised retaliation for recent Israeli assassinations of top jihadists.
 
One is said to be a promise to pull out of Iranian-dominated Iraq the few remaining U.S. forces that Tehran’s militias have been attacking with impunity. Such appeasement there and in Afghanistan only emboldened our enemies.
 
Another rumored concession would drop all pretense that we will prevent the ayatollahs from getting nuclear weapons.
 
We know the people running the U.S. government are redeploying woefully overstretched forces from the Pacific to the Middle East – likely to protect Iran from Israeli attack rather than the converse. That’s a flashing green-light for Communist China’s aggression against Taiwan, and probably us.

As I record this message, Iran and its terrorist proxies remain poised to retaliate against Israel for her embarrassing assassinations of top jihadists in Beirut and Tehran. For weeks, our ally’s population has been traumatized by the prospect of potentially devastating retaliation.
 
The Harris-Biden administration is urging restraint all around. It has built up American forces in the region. The use to which they would put, however, is unclear.
 
Presumably, if Israel continues to wait to be struck, our military would do as they did before when Iran fired 300 missiles at the Jewish State last April, namely, help shoot them down.
 
In the past, though, when faced with the prospect of deadly attacks, Israel has wisely protected its people and their nation by preemption. If she does so this time, would the U.S. government defend our enemies in Iran and Hezbollah?

I just had a chance to stream “Flynn,” a powerful video biography of my friend, Lieutenant General Mike Flynn. It describes the story of a highly decorated warrior and former leader of U.S. intelligence. You can’t help but be moved by the accounts of his service, sacrifice and patriotism.
 
Most of the film, however, explores what happened to the General after he was forced out of the military by an Obama administration that twice gave him senior positions, but was infuriated when he refused to lie to Congress about its failure to defeat the Islamic State. 
 
When President-elect Donald Trump tapped Mike Flynn to be his National Security Advisor, corrupt Democrats and Republicans joined forces to destroy him – critically denying Mr. Trump and his fledgling administration a skilled, but loyal, Washington operative who threatened The Swamp’s toxic uniparty. 
 
The rest is history.

Sergeant Major of the Army Michael Weimer, that service’s top enlisted soldier, recently declared, “I have never been to war.” 
 
To be sure, over his decades of decorated service, that veteran special operator has fought in many of our nation’s military actions, including the so-called “Global War on Terror.”
 
The senior Sergeant Major’s comment was followed by this vital clarification: “Not war like we’re talking about, large-scale combat operations with a near-peer….This has the potential to change the American way of life.” 
 
The “near-peer” enemy, of course, is the Chinese Communist Party. And the “People’s War” against America that it declared publicly five years ago could “go kinetic” at any moment. 
 
Given the stakes, SMA Weimer’s warning – and what we must do to deter the CCP and, failing that, to defeat it – should be the most important issue in this fall’s election.
