It’s not every day that the American people secure a victory over the combined legions of radical environmentalists, monied interests of Wall Street, and enemies foreign and domestic in places like the Chinese Communist Party and the Biden administration. But yesterday was one of those rare – and much-needed – wins.
Faced with opposition from an aroused public and a growing number of patriotic public servants, including 23 state treasurers and 25 attorneys general, the New York Stock Exchange withdrew its proposed Securities and Exchange Commission rule allowing so-called “Natural Asset Companies.” 
We have thus been spared – at least for the time being – a massive American sell-off and sell-out involving U.S. public and some private lands. We have also seen a formula for working and succeeding at the state level when the federal government is betraying its sworn duty and our vital interests.

Former Joint Chiefs Chairman Mark Milley has rightly been excoriated for promising to warn his Chinese counterpart if President Trump decided to attack Communist China. Yet, the Biden White House has made such Milley malfeasance a hallmark of its retaliatory attacks in Yemen for the Houthis’ jihad on U.S. and other shipping. 
The effect of routinely telegraphing our punches is to expend armaments we can’t afford to squander on targets vacated by forewarned enemy personnel. Such behavior dangerously encourages the contempt Iran and its proxies feel for a United States that is unwilling to use decisively its superior power.  
Team Biden is also insisting that the government of Israel engage in similar self-restraint in its truly existential war with Iran’s surrogates and assorted other genocidal Sharia-supremacists. America can ill-afford such self-defeating military malpractice. The Israelis are right to reject it categorically.

Tomorrow, the Securities and Exchange Commission will stop taking comments on a proposed “rule” allowing so-called “Natural Asset Companies” to raise funds to preclude the productive use of U.S. public and some private lands, water and even air.
This stealthy effort to impose a radical environmental agenda must be strongly repudiated immediately. One reason is NACs can be owned by foreign powers – like the Chinese Communist Party – strategically motivated to lock up our natural resources. 
That’s especially so if, as the then-Chinese Defense Minister declared two decades ago, the PRC leadership plans to use biological weapons to depopulate the United States so that it can be colonized by the Chinese. A further incentive would be if we have left untapped vast quantities of oil, gas, minerals and timber.

The United States finally responded yesterday to weeks of attacks on international and our shipping by terrorist proxies of Iran in Yemen. That’s the predictable result of the three Obama-Biden administrations’ failed policies that have appeased the mullahs of Tehran and rewarded, rather than punished, their intensifying aggression.
Notably, one of Joe Biden’s first acts as president was the unjustified delisting as a terrorist organization of the so-called “Houthi rebels” against whom the U.S. and U.K. just retaliated. In doing so, he boasted, “Diplomacy is back.” 
What actually came back was the Obama-Biden team’s submission to Iran and its enabler, the Chinese Communist Party. Xi Jinping’s strategic arson in the Mideast is now further distracting and entangling us there as the CCP dictator prepares for his own aggression towards Taiwan and pyromania here at home.

South Africa will open a new front today in the war on the Jews by charging their only state, Israel, with genocide in Gaza at the International Court of Justice. 
And on Saturday, a large demonstration in Washington, D.C. sponsored by the Muslim Brotherhood and its Marxist allies will amplify this groundless and slanderous charge. 
Unfortunately, these events are but the latest examples of the mainstreaming of genocidal anti-Semitism. They are made more outrageous by the fact that their principal beneficiary – the terrorist group Hamas – openly declares its intent to destroy the Jewish State. And its supporters here profess the same with their calls to eliminate Israel “from the river to the sea.”
Make no mistake: Those determined to exterminate Jews wish the same for Judeo-Christian civilization, as well. So, Israel is fighting for us, and we must stand with her.

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin’s bizarre, no-notice absence- without-leave turns out to have been a result of his treatment for cancer. Revelations that he was off the job for the better part of a week and no one noticed, though, are but the latest evidence of Team Biden’s dangerously metastasizing dysfunctionality 
Enemies like Iran, Russia and especially Communist China are increasingly emboldened by the Biden administration’s unwillingness to challenge, let alone meaningfully punish, their aggression. Friends like Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan are increasingly on their own, if not actually being undermined by feckless U.S. diplomacy and declining military power.
In the absence, literally and figuratively, of effective Pentagon leadership, we’re left with a weak National Security Council and even more hapless State Department mismanaging our national security policy. We need tested, robust and competent warriors in charge, now.
