Marxists’ favorite technique is the practice of blaming their opponents for the very behavior in which the Left is aggressively engaged.
A prime example of such projection is the Democrats’ desperate post-debate efforts to defend President Biden by describing him as a man of “character,” in contrast to his opponent, Donald Trump, who they accuse of repeated lying.
There’s arguably been no greater lie told in modern American politics than the contention that Joe Biden is fit to perform the functions of governing this country. Unless it’s that he’s a man of high character.
If – as Joe Biden insists – there’s actually a “congenital liar” in this presidential race, it’s the one in his mirror. His record of plagiarism, election fraud, serial betrayal of oath of office and country, to say nothing of misrepresenting his health, should and must be disqualifying.

Elections are not just about choosing a president. They’re also about policy choices. One of the most important this November is whether the United States will persist in policies that imperil the national security and the American people.
Take the fundamental transformation of the military under the three Obama-Biden administrations. On July 4th, combat veteran Kurt Schlichter published an article in TownHall that correctly describes our armed forces as “destroyed.”
Colonel Schlichter made the case not only for new leadership in the Pentagon. He also offered a series of practical ways in which it must be exercised if the services are to meet today’s acute challenges – and tomorrow’s.
In short, America’s military must abandon divisive social experiments and debilitating distractions like fighting “climate change” and be properly led in its sole mission: namely, deterring wars and, when necessary, decisively winning them.

Pray - and Do Your Part - for America

As we celebrate today the independence from an unrepresentative, unaccountable and tyrannical foreign government that forged a new nation dedicated instead to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, we must not only thank God for those blessings. We must pray for his help as we strive to “keep” our Republic.
That’s because enemies, both foreign and domestic, abound and are on the march, determined to “fundamentally transform” America in ways that betray our countrymen who sacrificed everything for freedom in our Revolution and across the generations since.
It falls to us to preserve that magnificent bequest. If we will not do so for ourselves, let us do so for our children and our children’s children in order that they may also know and enjoy the freedoms too many of us take for granted and assume will always be ours.

Believe Your Own Eyes on Biden's Fitness

An immortal Marx Brothers line was, “Who you gonna believe, me or your own eyes?” After last week’s presidential debate, it’s the Democrat party line as they insist Joe Biden is completely fit to be president, despite what we all saw for ourselves.
That’s especially astounding given what the Democrats were themselves saying even as Jill Biden was caught on camera helping her obviously enfeebled husband step off the stage. The clearly pre-orchestrated party line was: “Joe must go.”
Now, like disciplined American communists who in 1941 went from extolling Hitler to denouncing him when he broke his odious alliance with Joe Stalin and invaded the Soviet Union, they have pivoted en masse. Today, they insist, “Joe is good-to-go” for four more years.
Believe your own eyes: He’s not good to remain as our Commander-in-Chief for even the next seven months.

Will You Be the Next "Prisoner of War"?

Twenty years ago yesterday, Hong Kong was surrendered to the Chinese Communist Party. I was there, and the sense of impending doom was profound.
And with good reason. Four years ago yesterday, the CCP began in earnest what Barack Obama would call a “fundamental transformation” of Hong Kong. Now, it’s just another enslaved Chinese city.
This anniversary compels reflection about what the Chinese Communists would do to Taiwan – or, for that matter, us – if they can.
It also shows us what domestic Marxist Democrats are trying to engineer here.
Yesterday too, Steve Bannon went to federal prison. Beforehand, he told Tucker Carlson we’re in a “war” with the people running Joe Biden and fundamentally transforming America. He described himself as a “prisoner of war.”
Make no mistake: The Communists, foreign and domestic, want to do the same to the rest of us.

Steve Bannon is a national treasure. Today, he becomes a political prisoner.
My friend and valued colleague has been subjected to a Kafka-esque miscarriage of justice. He is to serve four months in federal prison for a misdemeanor. His ostensible crime was having contempt for the subpoena issued by a congressional committee that wrongfully insisted he violate executive privilege and, it turns out, was illegally constituted.
The real purpose behind Steve’s incarceration over nearly all of the four months before this fall’s election is that he is a powerful leader of the Make America Great Again movement. Silencing him is part of the Democrats’ transparently totalitarian effort to decapitate their political opposition.
Those undemocratically and unaccountably running Joe Biden – and the country – clearly intend to do the same next week to Donald Trump.
Will they be allowed to get away with it?
